Annual Pass Holder Terms & Conditions
1. General
- The Annual Pass ("Pass") grants the holder access to Orana Wildlife Park during regular operating hours (last entry by 4PM) for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Orana is closed on December 25, Christmas Day.
- The Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Pass holders may be requested to present a valid photo ID along with their Pass upon entry.
2. Usage
- The Pass is valid only for individuals named on the Pass
- For a Family Annual Pass any three children (5-15 years) can visit (so they do not need to be named). Children aren’t named or photographed for Family Annual Pass and therefore must be accompanied by at least one of the Adult Holders of the Family Annual Pass.
- A photo of the Named Person(s) will be taken on registration / first visit to correctly ID the Pass holder. Refer Point 10 for clarification on “Named Person”
- Misuse of the Pass (e.g. sharing, duplication) may result in cancellation without refund.
- Entry may be denied if the Pass is damaged, expired, or reported lost/stolen.
- Pass must be presented to enjoy the benefits attached to it.
- Hapai Flexi Pass & Child Flexi Pass cannot be used by an Adult / carer without the named person being present.
- Hapai Flexi Pass is for Hapai Card holders only. Proof of Hapai Card is required to use the Hapai Flexi pass. If the Hapai Flexi Pass is purchased online, such proof will be required on the Pass Holder’s first visit to validate the Hapai Flexi pass.
3. Benefits
- Pass holders may receive exclusive discounts and other benefits as advertised.
- Benefits are subject to change without prior notice and may vary by season or availability. Orana reserves the right to change this policy without prior notice.
- Current Benefits include:
- Unlimited zoo entry every day of your subscription (excl. Christmas Day)
- 20% off individual admission tickets, for people who visit with you. (Excludes FAMILY tickets)
- 10% off animal encounters (Tiger, Lemur and any future experiences)
- 10% off Orana gift shop purchases instore and online
- 10% off hot drinks at the café.
- Quarterly newsletter and other Park updates.
4. Exclusions
- The Annual Pass does not include access to separately ticketed events, special exhibitions, or any other venues unless explicitly stated.
- Food, merchandise, and other services are not included unless specified.
- The Annual Pass is not valid in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, discounts, or special arrangements. Examples include and are not limited to Hapai Card benefits, Zoo School Programmes, promotional events, etc.
- For Gift Shop purchases, the Annual Pass is not valid for certain combo deals, purchase of Adoption Boxes, money donated for Adoption, and purchase of Gift Vouchers.
5. Lost or Stolen Passes
- A replacement fee may apply for lost or stolen Passes.
- Replacement is subject to verification of identity and original purchase.
6. Conduct
- Pass holders must adhere to Orana Wildlife Park’s rules and policies.
- Orana Wildlife Park reserves the right to revoke the Pass without refund for misconduct or violation of terms.
7. Renewals
- Renewal notices will be sent prior to expiration.
- Renewal may be subject to updated terms and pricing.
8. Privacy
- Personal information will only be used by Orana and be securely stored on our system.
- Upon registration, the Annual Pass holder will automatically be subscribed to our Annual Pass holder database which includes our quarterly newsletter, Park updates and more with the option of unsubscribing at anytime.
9. Changes to Terms
- Orana Wildlife Park reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the official website.
